The simple, easy to use, point-and-click CostFlex software is designed so that CPA’s, MBA’s, staff accountants, department managers, and even secretaries can produce a wide variety of sophisticated reports and graphs and cost studies for use by their executive and line managers.
However, many small to medium sized hospitals and healthcare businesses do not have the staff skills or staff time needed to utilize the full cost savings and cost avoidance capabilities provided by the effective use of the CostFlex data.
For example, What-If Analysis, Gainsharing and Lean Six Sigma Lite projects, and multi-hospital benchmarking studies may be beyond the ability of the current staff to set up and manage.
