All CostFlex products are installed “turnkey” and are unconditionally guaranteed.
It is the CostFlex support staff that completes all aspects of the installation of any product including converting databases if needed, executing a 100% resource consumption study of the client’s charge master, making the software operational on the client’s computers, training the client’s users, and continuing to support the operation both remotely or on-site when needed.
And, every installation is guaranteed. The client must be satisfied with the installation and three full cycles of operation or they can request for a refund for any reason. We do not want any user to be forced to use software that does not meet their expectations!
Of all the products we install, perhaps the most intensive is the CostFlex Activity Based Costing (ABC) System.
When CostFlex installed the first ABC system in 1989, the average installation of our standard cost competitors was one or two years!!! And that was with a lot of short-cuts, assumptions, and expense. And, after all that, nobody trusted the cost data that was produced just once a year by an operational staff of 3 or more CPA’s.
Then, and now, the average installation time of the CostFlex ABC system is eight (8) weeks. It is turnkey, guaranteed, and includes a 100% resource consumption study of the client’s charge master. Once installed, the typical client is required to commit only three or four days a month of an existing staff member to perform the downloads, run the cost determination process, and distribute the cost and contribution margin reports.
