From the recent poll of CostFlex clients, over 80% stated that they would not be able to attend the in-person CostFlex User Group Conference this year in April due to ongoing COVID travel bans and requested that we host the User Group Conference virtually.

Although we will all truly miss the camaraderie and the white sandy beaches of Fort Walton Beach, we are focused on giving our clients (you) what they want and need; therefore, the 2021 CostFlex User Group Conference will be held as Virtual events the week of April 26-30, 2021 occurring at 2 p.m. CDT daily.


New this year is a Webinar Registration fee. This fee will cover the cost of a “Webinar Kit” being mailed to you. The kit will include webinar presentations and additional information.  If your organization only registers a single participant, it's simply a $100 cost to the organization.  Each additional attendee provides for very significant discounts - the documentation etc. associated with each attendee prevents this from simply being free of cost...instead it's simply a pass through cost.  The initial participation is $100 with additional attendees at only $60 that will include all five days of training.


The CostFlex 2021 User Group Webinar Series will be April 26-30, 2021 occurring at 2 p.m. CDT daily. Sessions are based on 90 minute blocks with allotments of time for Q&A.

Similar to in-person events, we are anticipating approval of accounting and auditing CPE credits by the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy. The CPE credits will be awarded for the webinars that you attend.
